Drink a lot of good water & take a very good systemic enzyme Eat a lot of vegetables ( deep colors, orange green red yellow) lots of cruciferous vegetables wheatgrass, barley grass, spirilina, chorella medicinal mushrooms foods must be prepared in surgical stainless steel ( tp-305 ) Good vitamins and anti Oxidants (CoQ10, E, C, a good B complex) A good whey or vegetable protein shake is a good way to start in the mornings. use only low sugar fruits ( berries)
