lots of cruciferous vegetables 
wheatgrass, barley grass, spirilina, chorella 
medicinal mushrooms 
foods must be prepared in surgical stainless steel ( tp-305 ) 
Good vitamins and anti Oxidants (CoQ10, E, C, a good B complex) 
A good soy or whey protein shake is a good way to start in the mornings.
